How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete account”. Your account, practice attempts, recordings and saved keys are deleted permanently.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your ShadowTube account does not cancel a subscription by itself.

A video doesn’t load or has no subtitles.

Preparing a new video can take a minute. If it still doesn’t work, email us the video link.

My words are marked wrong although I said them.

Speech recognition sometimes mishears. Tap the word to compare your recording with the original; if the result still looks wrong, email us the sentence and we’ll look into it.
